About me

My name is Natalie and i turned 31 in 2007. I was born in France and i currently live in London, England.

I don’t think i am more important than you, which is why i type “i” and not “I” when referring to myself.

I love music, and i’ve always done from an early age. I also love technology, and i’ve always done from an early age. My mother got a computer when i was 8 - that was back in 1984 and the computer was an Amstrad CPC 6128 - and from then on, i was hooked.

I studied civil engineering and branched out into AutoCAD for traffic engineering & urban design. I’ve also always done a fair bit of music on the side, and in fact, in 2005, i was interviewed because i was one of the few musicians around to use Linux to record an album. You can find the interview here (for the record, i now use Windows XP on my main computer, but i am about to branch  back into Linux, and more specifically, Ubuntu studio).

Over the years, i have dabbled with web development and website design, AutoCAD and 3D design, video making, animation development, and many other things. There is nothing more exciting for me than an intellectual and technical challenge; i like to expand my technical knowledge and horizon, in the same way that i like to expand my knowledge of the world and the people around me.

What else can i say… I love technology and i believe it can really expand your mind - don’t you ?

France? How lovely, I’ve never been, but (my gosh) would love to. It is actually a dream destination of mine, along with Rome.

I too love technology, and follow it through various blogs. Some of my faves are Gizmodo and Engadget. They profile loads of cool geeky tech.

How about you, which are some of your fave techie blogs?

Nice to meet you,
Missy.
